A mineral mix powder made in Japan from two raw materials, dolomite and baker's yeast, with no food additives. One powder carries ten minerals at specified nominal values: calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, molybdenum, selenium and chromium. It is a pale brown powder with a 2-year shelf life.

Tell us what you are developing and which documents you need. We reply from Japan within one working day with the product specification, SDS and the CoA of the current lot.
The specification describes a dry mineral mix built from two raw materials only: dolomite, a mineral containing calcium magnesium carbonate, and baker's yeast. The two are blended and packed in Japan, and each of the ten minerals is specified as a nominal value per 100 g with a tolerance of ±30%.
Step 1 · raw material
Mineral containing calcium magnesium carbonate; country of origin Norway
Step 2 · raw material
Country of origin Japan and other countries
Step 3 · no additives
The two raw materials are blended; no food additives are used
Step 4 · ten minerals
Appearance, foreign matter, ten minerals, loss on drying, heavy metals by ICP and microbiology
Step 5 · 1 kg
1 kg inner pouch in a cardboard carton; made in Japan

Example lot values are published in the developer's guide below. They are an example, not a specification; your lot's CoA governs.
A Japanese trading company selling directly to brand owners and contract manufacturers. No distributor layer between you and the documents.
Every shipment travels with the Certificate of Analysis of its own lot, with the measured values and the full safety panel.
A small first order lets you run a pilot batch before committing to bulk. Larger volumes are quoted by volume and delivery terms.
For registered companies developing a product. Tell us the format you plan and we will say honestly what to expect.
After payment is received. Freight quoted on request. Specification and SDS before you order, CoA with the goods.
If you are comparing ingredients for a new SKU, these questions separate one material from another quickly.
Each mineral is specified as a nominal value per 100 g with a tolerance of ±30%. Decide whether you declare from the nominal value or from an analysis of your own batch, as your market's labelling rules require.
Lists of permitted mineral sources differ between markets, and between foods and supplements. Check dolomite and baker's yeast against your rules before you formulate.
The specification sets arsenic, lead, cadmium and mercury at not more than 2 µg/g each. Compare this with your market's limits for the finished product at your addition rate.
Neither certificate is in our document set for this product. In the UAE, supplements need a halal certificate.
Test the colour in white or clear products, such as light powders or drinks, at your planned addition rate.
The powder supplies ten minerals in set proportions. If your formula needs more of one mineral, plan a separate source for it.
What each component is, what the processing changes, and what published research on the raw material has examined. No health claims; references on request.
10-Mineral Mix Powder is a food ingredient made in Japan from two raw materials, dolomite and baker's yeast. The specification lists no food additives. It supplies ten minerals in one powder: calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, iodine, molybdenum, selenium and chromium, each specified as a nominal value per 100 g.
The producer designed it for products that need a broad mineral profile, such as nutritionally complete foods and balanced health foods. Because the ten minerals come in a single powder, a production line weighs one ingredient instead of ten, which the producer points out reduces the risk of a missed addition or a weighing error.
The producer's usage example is 1.5 g of powder per serving. At the nominal values of the specification, 1.5 g carries:
This is arithmetic from nominal values, not a dosage recommendation. Actual content may vary by ±30%, and the share of a daily reference value depends on the reference values used in your market.
If you want a finished product rather than the raw material, our plant in Gunma, Japan fills sticks and aluminium pouches. Send your formula and target pack for an OEM quotation. For a single calcium source, see Scallop Shell Calcium Powder or Sesame Mineral Powder; for another yeast-based ingredient, see Yeast Protein 80%.
The notes below describe the minerals as nutrients, summarised from the fact sheets of the US National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements. They describe the nutrients, not this product, and are not claims for it.
Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body and makes up much of the structure of bones and teeth. A small ionised pool in blood and tissues takes part in muscle function, nerve transmission, blood clotting and hormone secretion (NIH ODS, calcium).
An adult body contains about 25 g of magnesium, 50-60% of it in bone. Magnesium is a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems that regulate biochemical reactions in the body (NIH ODS, magnesium).
Zinc is involved in many aspects of cellular metabolism. It is required for the catalytic activity of hundreds of enzymes and takes part in protein and DNA synthesis and in cell signalling and division (NIH ODS, zinc).
Iron is an essential component of haemoglobin, the protein that carries oxygen in red blood cells, and of myoglobin in muscle. Plant foods and fortified foods contain only nonheme iron; meat, seafood and poultry contain both heme and nonheme iron (NIH ODS, iron).
The human body contains about 10-20 mg of manganese, 25-40% of it in bone. Manganese is a cofactor for many enzymes, including manganese superoxide dismutase, arginase and pyruvate carboxylase (NIH ODS, manganese).
Copper is a cofactor for several enzymes, known as cuproenzymes, involved in energy production, iron metabolism and connective tissue synthesis. An adult body holds about 50-120 mg of copper, almost two-thirds of it in the skeleton and muscle (NIH ODS, copper).
Iodine is an essential component of the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). It occurs naturally in some foods, seaweed being one of the richest, and is added to some types of salt (NIH ODS, iodine).
Molybdenum is part of molybdopterin, a cofactor the body needs for four enzymes: sulfite oxidase, xanthine oxidase, aldehyde oxidase and mitochondrial amidoxime reducing component (mARC) (NIH ODS, molybdenum).
Selenium is a constituent of 25 selenoproteins, including glutathione peroxidases, thioredoxin reductases and selenoprotein P. In foods it is present mainly as selenomethionine, together with selenocysteine (NIH ODS, selenium).
Trivalent chromium is the form found in foods; hexavalent chromium is a toxic industrial by-product. Whether chromium is an essential nutrient is debated: in 2014 the European Food Safety Authority found no convincing evidence that it is, and considered setting intake recommendations inappropriate (NIH ODS, chromium).
Reference intakes for these minerals, and the rules for declaring them on a label, are set by the regulator of each market. Use the values of your target market when you calculate a label from the figures on this page.
