Launch of a Vegan Joint & Bone Supplement in the UAE

Challenge:

‍The client needed a formula without any animal-derived ingredients, but with strong functional effects — ideally calcium-rich and suitable for daily use.

Solution:

‍We proposed a product based on:

• Sesame Minerals — a plant-based source of highly bioavailable calcium
• Ajuga decumbens Extract — supports joint function and collagen synthesis
• Corn-derived Glucosamine — for flexibility and joint recovery

All ingredients were vegan, non-GMO, and made in Japan.

Result:

‍The product — later named JB FORMULA — was developed in 2024, with full regulatory documentation, stability data, and production in capsule form.
First batch: 500 packs, with positive market feedback from early testers and influencers.
